What follows, is a translated version of the general terms and conditions short form, with the effort to get them across to you.

Our general terms and conditions are based on the German "Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuch (BGB)". So, you will have absolute legal certainty all over the deal with us.

As end consumer you will gain the whole german consumer protection.

The contract between you and us will be closed, if we accept your order respectively when the ordered articles are dispatched to you.

If the ordered articles are instantaneous available, they will be sent to you immediate after receipt of payment. In case of more successful deals with you and a transmitted consumer number, you will receive the articles with an account (10 days payment target). The delivery may be carried out by "german post", "royal mail" or adequate organizations. Delivery time may be some days.

If not all ordered articles are instantaneous available, you will receive the order in part-delivery. Shipment costs will be charged only once.

5. Prices, Payment

Al prices are consumer prices and include 19 % german sales tax. Furthermore there will be costs for shipment.

Transactions may be done by bank transfer or by PayPal.

If you have a guilty consumer number, there wil be the possibility of payment by account.

Shipping costs to european countries will be 4,50 €. If the invoiced value will be over 25,-- €, shipping costs will be 2,50 €. In case of an invoiced value over 75,-- €, there will be no shippng costs in europe.

Worldwide, the shipping costs will be 12,50 €. If the invoiced value will be over 25,-- €, shipping costs will be 10,50 €. In case of an invoiced value over 75,-- €, the shippng costs will be 6,-- €.

If you will order articles with an overall weight more than 500 g, we will contact you to find the best and most opportune shipping way for you.

We will send the ordered articles to you directly after receipt of payment, if they are instantaneous available. If some articles are not instantaneous available, we will contact you and keep you in the loop. Within 30 days, you should receive all ordered articles.

8. Non-delivery

If the orderd articles should be available never more, we will repay the purchase price immediately.

9. Right of return

The orderd articles may be sent back within a month without giving any reasons. Then, we will repay the article prices and the postal charge for return.

Caution: What follows is a restriction in user rights. But it has to be done in case of hygienic reasons (and for your prevention);

Body jewelry articles and other articles which are used through body channels, for example earrings, studs et cetera will be sent to you in a transparent PE-bag, which is closed by seal. Please, prove the article in closed condition without breaking the seal. We will accept the ruturn of the artice only with unbroken seal, because only the intactness of seal will guarantee that the article was not in use.

We please you, for eventually returns, to use a secure, if possible the original package and sent the return to following adress:

Please mind to send back the articles in a non- used and non- damaged status to avoid claims for compensation.

Please prove the sent articles for defect directlly after receipt. If there are any defects, please inform us within a month and send the aticle back. You soon will get a replacement free of charge and your postal charge for return will payed back by us. This will also be done, if the sent articles should not correspond to the ordered ones.
